Insurance Billing -- We will send your claims out daily whether by electronic media or paper. We collect your billing information either by super bills or by remote access service. Upon receipt of your information, billings go out to the carriers or patient within 24 hours, or one working day.
  Claims Submission Tracking -- We continually exercise through follow-up efforts on all claims. We refer to A/R reports to work our accounts from beginning to end, and we are aware of time limitations set by particular insurance companies.
  Patient Billing -- Patient statements are clear and professional looking. Should a patient have a billing question, they can call our office directly on an 800 number and immediately speak to a live person who will courteously handle the patients’ concerns.
Reporting System -- The reports we offer our clients give conclusive information for managing your practice. Our easy to read reports include statistics on practice trends, comparisons, finance, managed care and many more.
Account Inquiry -- At FHCM, we continuously monitor reimbursement changes and patterns. Based on this, we can field any and all inquiries patients. We will work relentlessly to settle claims and disputes quickly and efficiently with any and all third party payers.
Delinquent Accounts -- FHCM treats all delinquent or aged patient accounts in a respectful manner. No account is turned over to a collection company without our client’s approval. We will institute your guidelines, such as a payment plan policy and past-due patients are tracked and followed continually.
Remote Access Service -- For practice’s that wish, FHCM is able to link our billing clients sites through remote access. This allows your practice direct access to your main billing database, linked through phone lines to FHCM’s main database. Both your office and FHCM’s would see the same information on the screen. Remote Access Service allows your clinic to function independently and with total autonomy as a billing department. In this particular scenario, Financial HealthCare Management will act as an extension of your practice.
